Terms of Services Agreement (TOS)

 

Welcome to Limelight Acting Studio. This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs your enrollment at Limelight Acting Studio, as well as any content, features, or functionality offered through our coaching and training either offline (in-person) or online (Zoom, or any other video conferencing application).

 

Acceptance of Terms

 

By enrolling with or engaging Limelight Acting Studio’s services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not enroll or engage our services.

 

Student Obligations

 

As a student of Limelight Acting Studio, you agree to:

 

Attend all scheduled lessons and arrive on time;

Respect all coaches, staff, and fellow students;

Follow all rules and policies set forth by Limelight Acting Studio;

Participate in all activities and assignments to the best of your ability;

Pay all coaching and training fees and other associated costs on time; and

Use any equipment or materials provided by Limelight Acting Studio in a responsible manner.

 

Course Content

 

Limelight Acting Studio offers a variety of private, semi-private and small group class coaching and training courses that cover various aspects of acting. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove courses at any time without prior notice. All course content, including but not limited to lectures, handouts, and exercises, is the property of Limelight Acting Studio and may not be reproduced or distributed without our prior written consent.

 

Liability

 

Limelight Acting Studio is provided "as is" and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding our coaching, training and self-tape services. We will not be liable for any damages or losses of any kind arising from your use of our services.

 

Termination

 

We reserve the right to terminate your enrollment with Limelight Acting Studio at any time and for any reason, including if we believe you have violated this Agreement.

 

Dispute Resolution

 

Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration, except as otherwise provided by law.

 

Governing Law

 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

 

Miscellaneous

 

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding your enrollment with Limelight Acting Studio. We may amend this Agreement at any time by notifying you in writing.
