Cancellation Policy for Limelight Acting Studio
We confirm and kindly request payment for all scheduled weekly lessons no later than one (1) day prior to a student's scheduled timeslot for that week.
It is Limelight Acting Studio policy to always confirm by text or email (depending on student's preferred method of contact) scheduled lessons for the following day. Once you have confirmed your timeslot, you will then be asked to log into the Client Portal on our website to make your payment for that week's lesson.
Payments in the Client Portal may be made with any major debit/credit card or Apple Pay. We also accept payments via Venmo, Zelle or Cash App (not supported in the Client Portal). Please make arrangements with your coach if you wish to use one of these alternative payment methods.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy. Once you have confirmed your attendance for that week's lesson and made your payment, should you need to cancel for any reason with less than 24 hours' notice, there are no refunds and, you will forfeit your payment for that week's lesson.
Monthly Ongoing Group Classes
You acknowledge that you are enrolling in Limelight Acting Studio's ongoing Saturday group class and that your enrollment constitutes the start of your monthly ongoing subscription to this class until it is cancelled.
Students may cancel their monthly autopay subscription at any time by providing written notice via email at least 8 days before the next billing cycle. A new billing cycle begins the 1st of every month.
If a student cancels their subscription after the 8-day notice period, they will be charged for the next billing cycle. (i.e., if you want to be released from the June class, you will need to let us know via email by May 22.)
No refunds will be provided for partial months, and any unused portion of a subscription will be forfeited.
If a student cancels and wishes to re-enroll at a later time, they will be required to start a new subscription.
Limelight Acting Studio reserves the right to cancel or suspend any subscription at any time for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, fraudulent activity, or violation of our terms of service and code of conduct.
In the event that Limelight Acting Studio cancels a subscription, the student will receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of the subscription.
