Cancellation Policy

We confirm and kindly request payment for all scheduled weekly lessons no later than one (1) day prior to a student's scheduled time-slot for that week. It is Limelight Acting Studio policy to always confirm by text or email (depending on student's preferred method of contact) scheduled lessons for the following day. Once you have confirmed your time-slot, you will then be asked to log into the Client Portal on our website to make your payment for that week's lesson. Payments in the Client Portal may be made with any major debit/credit card or Apple Pay. We also accept payments via Venmo, Zelle or Cash App (not supported in the Client Portal). Please make arrangements with your coach if you wish to use one of these alternative payment methods. 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. Once you have confirmed your attendance for that week's lesson and made your payment, should you need to cancel for any reason with less than 24 hours notice, there are no refunds and you will forfeit your payment for that week's lesson.
